Regional Archival Records of the Government of Canada

Library and Archives Canada (LAC) operates federal records centres (FRC's) where regional archival records of the Government of Canada are stored.

Please note that not all regional government records are held in federal records centres. In the past, LAC has transferred a large number of these records to Ottawa. If you are not sure of the location of the records in which you are interested, ask us a question.
