Herald photo by Ian Martens Brian Treadwell, of the Parkinson Alberta Society, was at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization selling potted tulips Thursday to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson disease research and services. The tulip is the international symbol of Parkinson disease, which is said to be the second most common neurodegenerative disorder after Alzheimer's disease.
