Become a Friend! The Council of the Jacob M. Lowy Collection

The Council of the Jacob M. Lowy CollectionThe Council of the Jacob M. Lowy Collection is a volunteer group of Lowy advocates which operates under the aegis of the Friends of Library and Archives Canada. The long-range goal of the Council is to establish an interest-bearing endowment which will provide a stable source of funding for the Lowy Collection. These funds will be earmarked for acquisitions and the funding of research and scholarly projects. A Steering Committee is charged with defining and implementing the strategies to fulfil the Council's goals. The ongoing work of this Committee includes the raising of the Lowy Collection profile among all potential user groups, both at home and abroad.
