This Office Consolidation of the Access to Information
Act includes all amendments to the Act, Schedules I and II,
and the Access Regulations as of April 13, 2000 unless otherwise
indicated. To reflect proposed changes to Schedules I & II,
which were not yet in force, the following terminology was used:
Not in Force: a new designation that is not
yet in effect.
To be Repealed: this designation will soon cease
to exist.
Users of this departmental consolidation are reminded that it
is prepared for convenience of reference only and that, as such,
it has no official sanction. Any errors or omissions should be
brought to the attention of the Office of the Information
Commissioner.
