Genealogy at School

The national educational networks are by far the most suitable venues to reach and engage Canadian youth of different age groups. Services and resources offered on this new Web site are based on current teacher and student needs.

Introductory lessons in genealogy will help students appreciate their own personal past by identifying significant people, places and events. Links from these elements to key elements in Canadian history will also give students a better understanding of their Canadian identity and of the diversity of Canada's people.

Visit the Learning Centre to discover other educational resources.
