The Mutual Fund Dealers Association

When fully operational, the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada will be responsible for regulating all sales of mutual funds by our members in Canada.  The MFDA will not regulate the funds or fund manufacturers.  This responsibility will remain with the securities commissions.  The MFDA is currently in the process of developing rules and regulations.  For more information, please go to the MFDA web site at www.mfda.ca.
