for the 2006 Council of the Federation Literacy Award

Nomination Deadline: May 23, 2006

In July 2004 Canada’s Premiers decided to create a special annual award to recognize achievements in literacy across the country. Each year 13 COF Literacy Medallions and award certificates will be handed out, one in each province and territory.

The COF Literacy Award for Manitoba recognizes achievement in adult literacy.
In 2006 this award will be given to an individual adult literacy learner.
