Investor Education
The Manitoba Securities Commission considers Investor Education to be an important part
of its mandate. With the large number of investment opportunities available to the
public, the commission believes that an informed investor is a protected investor.
Our goal at the commission is not to offer advice on specific investments or investment
portfolios but to provide investors with information that will allow them to act in their
own best interests. We hope that you find the information on the web site to be of
value and welcome your comments or questions. You may get in touch with the
Commission by completing the feedback form, which is found on the home page, or by
contacting Ainsley Cunningham, our Education and Information Coordinator at: (204)
