Mandate
The Veterans Review and Appeal Board has full jurisdiction to hear, determine and deal with all applications for review and appeal that may be made to the Board under the Pension Act, Canadian Forces Members and Veterans Re-establishment and Compensation Act and the War Veterans Allowance Act and other Acts of Parliament.
