Prime Minister of Luxembourg Lays a Wreath at the National War Memorial

While briefly in Ottawa, His Excellency Jean-Claude Juncker, Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, took a few moments out of his hectic schedule to pay tribute to those who layed down their lives during the Second World War, by laying a wreath at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. The Honourable Ron J. Duhamel, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Secretary of State (Western Economic Diversification) (Francophonie) , participated in this short but meaningful ceremony at the conclusion of which the Prime Minister of Luxembourg joined his predecessors in signing the visitor's guest book.
