• The Legislative Library's Information Portal is available for searching by everyone.
• Materials published after 1989 are available through our Information Portal
• The Information Portal is also available on a public access workstation at 200 Vaughan.
• Most books and government publications published before 1989 are listed only in our card catalogue at 200 Vaughan.
• A card index at 200 Vaughan only provides access to the historical and biographical newspaper clippings.
• If you cannot come in person to use the card catalogue or the card index, contact the library staff.

For Members of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba and government employees

• Members and staff of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, and employees of Manitoba government departments, agencies and Crown Corporations are encouraged to register as library users in order to borrow directly from the library.
