	Guidelines for Early Childhood Transition to School for Children with Special Needs A protocol to facilitate the exchange of information with the school system one year prior to the child enrolling. The protocol will enable the school system to better prepare for the child and to initiate any required professional development and training for its staff.
	Understanding Custody Arrangements and Court Orders Issued by the Criminal or Family Law Courts A guide to assist child care facilities to understand the terminology and legalities associated with family breakdown.
	Child Protection and Child Abuse Manual - A Protocol for Early Childhood Educators This protocol helps early childhood educators, child care assistants and family child care providers understand their role when it is suspected that a child is in need of protection. The protocol was jointly prepared in consultation with the Departments of Family Services and Housing, Health, Justice and Education and Youth through the Provincial Advisory Committee on Child Abuse.
