Licensed child care facilities in Manitoba are listed by region. You may enter additional program and/or vacancy information online.

Serious Injury Notification
Serious injuries must be reported to Child Day Care within 24 hours. This online form allows you to quickly make a report.

Renewal Notification
The Renewal Notification allows you to inform Child Day Care that you will be renewing your licence and to print a paper declaration to sign and mail in.

Sex Offender Notification
Information about sex offenders considered to be a high risk to re-offend is available for Manitoba residents.

You can update and submit changes to your Board of Directors online.

Record of Child Care Employees
Centres must add and update employees so that Child Day Care can verify classification levels and receipt of Investigation Authorization (IA) forms, assess proportion of trained staff and ensure current CPR and first aid training. You can print an IA form.

Record of Child Care Residents
Family or group home providers can add and update information about people living in their homes and about staff who may be employed.
