I am pleased to welcome you to the fall 2006 cottage lot draw website. In Manitoba, we are fortunate to be home to spectacular parks, clear waters and sandy beaches. One of the best ways to experience our exceptional natural resources is through cottage ownership. Cottage residency is a vital and cherished part of life in our province. For generations, Manitobans have enjoyed cottages and our government is committed to continuing this tradition.

In this draw, 521 cottage lots located throughout Manitoba in provincial parks and on Crown land will be available for lease or purchase. It is recommended that all potential cottage lot draw participants visit their preferred cottage lot site, or other potential sites, before entering the draw.

Congratulations to those who bought cottage lots through our five previous cottage lot draws. Clearly, Manitobans enjoy the outdoors and greatly appreciate our provincial parks. Best of luck to all participants in fulfilling your goal of owing a cottage in Manitoba.
