Full Citizenship: A Manitoba Provincial Strategy on Disability

This report, drafted in 2001, serves as a foundation and guideline the province uses when forming new strategy and creating new programs and services for persons with disabilities.

The report focuses on making Manitoba a more inclusive society, where persons with disabilities act as full citizens, participating in all aspects of society, contributing and benefiting from the economic and social life of the province.
