ICT Services Manitoba > ICT Customer Service
ICT Relationship Managers consult with government departments
to determine their need for ICT products and services, and develop
effective service relationships to ensure that those needs are
fulfilled within standards and corporate priorities.
Relationship Managers serve as the primary contact point between
ICT Services Manitoba and designated customers, and concentrate
on improving ICT services quality to ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction.
The Project Management Office is responsible for the
development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project
management standards for ICT projects.
ICT Customer Services provides a full range of customer support
functions, including help desk support, service level management,
and service process quality assurance.
