Tile Drainage

The excessive rainfall in parts of Manitoba in 2004 and 2005 adversely affected agricultural production. Tile drainage is a management tool that can mitigate the degree of problems producers encounter due to excess moisture. MAFRI in cooperation with PFRA hosted the Manitoba Tile Drainage Workshop in Portage la Prairie on March 14 and 15, 2006. The presentations, fact sheets and worksheets are provided with permission from the presenters. If you have any questions please contact Tom Gonsalves at (204) 745-5671.
