Due to the overwhelming success of the first Review &
Rate program, Manitoba Health and Healthy Living is pleased to offer
you Review & Rate II. Once again, we’ve developed a complete
one-hour program that includes 12 new outstanding anti-tobacco ads.
The program goal is to encourage young Manitobans to think critically
about tobacco use from a number of different perspectives.
The winning ad chosen through the successful
Review and Rate II teen smoking prevention program has
been announced.
Ballots were received from more than 30,000
young Manitobans aged 11 to 17 and more than 400 schools
participated in the 2005 program. This year's winning
ad, Relaxed, shows the effects smoking has on internal
organs.
The winning commercial selected through
the Review and Rate program will air in March, exposing
Manitobans of all ages to the effective anti-smoking ad.
