| Four provincial statutes respecting wildlife and wildlife habitat are administered by
the Wildlife and Ecosystem Protection Branch: The Wildlife Act, The Endangered Species
Act, The Polar Bear Protection Act and The
Conservation Agreements Act.
These Acts are available online through the Statutory
Publications Office, for reference, research and private use.
Official versions in print form are available for purchase from
the Office of the Queen's Printer. They can also be viewed in The
Continuing Consolidation of the Statutes of Manitoba in the
Legislative Library or any public library. Regulations
are also available as PDF documents.
