Members or ex-serving members of the RCAF , who enlisted prior to February l, 1968, and are experiencing financial difficulty should contact the Fund by mail, telephone, fax or e-mail as indicated below. Relief is provided in the form of grants and interest-free loans for purposes of general assistance
DONATIONS AND IN MEMORIALS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME AND HELP TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF THE FUND
