What we do...

We are the appeal body for Manitobans who disagree with a decision made by Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) about their benefits under the no-fault Personal Injury Protection Plan. Appeals are heard by a panel of three Commissioners.

The Commission is completely independent of MPI.
