Residential Tenancies Branch
The Residential Tenancies Branch issued its first Policies and Procedures Guidebook in 1996. The Branch has now updated the Guidebook. We've added several subsections. We've also
included new material in most of the existing subsections.
The Guidebook is a work in progress. There will also be additions to Sections 1 to 13.
When we make a change or add new information, we'll flag it so
you'll know there's new material. While we'll continually test the links, we realize that there still might be glitches. If you have
a problem browsing the Guidebook, please let us know at rtb@gov.mb.ca and we'll fix it as soon as possible. We welcome your feedback on the new Policies and Procedures Guidebook. Please
e-mail us at rtb@gov.mb.ca with your comments and any suggestions for additions or changes to the Guidebook.
