On-line Services

VAC now offers on-line services 24 hours* a day, seven days a week. The service allows you:

  • to apply on-line for new disability benefits;
  • to track the status of your on-line application(s) for disability benefits; and
  • to download select forms.

My VAC Account uses “epass” technology that protects you when you are exchanging confidential information with us. Why not set up a My VAC Account. It’s fast. It’s easy. It’s convenient. It’s secure.

On-line Services.

Please note: My VAC Account can ONLY be used by those who have a VAC file number or a VAC Health Identification Card client number. Survivors or individuals who administer the affairs of a VAC client (i.e. power of attorney, trustee, guardian) can not use My VAC Account on their behalf. Instead, these individuals should apply to a VAC District Office or to a service organization for help.

* Occasionally, the system may be unavailable for short periods of time.
