Find a Thesis


To Locate a Thesis

You can locate a specific thesis in Library and Archives Canada's collection by clicking either on Search or Advanced Search. Further information on searching can be found by clicking on Search Help.

To Access an Electronic Thesis

To find electronic theses that are available in the LAC collection, click either on Search or Advanced Search and select the radio button for Electronic theses. From there you can search for a bibliographic record or search the full text of electronic theses. Further information on searching can be found by clicking on Search Help. Electronic theses can be downloaded and printed for personal use only.

To Borrow a Thesis

To borrow a thesis in Library and Archives Canada's collection contact your local library and ask them to make an interlibrary loan request on your behalf. We will lend to any library in the world on behalf of their clients.
