Foundation Liberation '45 - Prefaced by the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of The Netherlands, Frank H.G. de Grave - "I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere admiration as regards the large-scale events which - this year again - are being organized by the Foundation Liberation '45 on the occasion of the liberation of the Town of Apeldoorn.
