    Dumping and subsidizing investigations are conducted under the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA). See the document What You Should Know About Dumping and Subsidy Investigations for the answers to frequently asked questions concerning these investigations.

    Consult the Self-Assessment Guide for answers to these questions. It is also intended to help the importing public self-assess entries of goods subject to anti-dumping, countervailing and provisional duties under the SIMA.
