The application, entitled Saveable Forms B3 Canada Customs Coding Form and B2 Canada Customs - Adjustment Request, is a stand-alone computer program that allows users to enter information to a form and save it, and generate a PDF version of the form that can be printed.

2. Before you install Saveable Forms (B3 and B2), close all active applications.

3. Locate the file sfrm0100.exe you just saved, then double-click on it or use the run command. This will extract the set-up files. If you use the run command, be sure to include the full path that leads to file sfrm0100.exe.

4. After the file has expanded, locate the Saveable Forms (B3 and B2) file called setup.exe. It will be in the same directory as sfrm0100.exe. Double-click on setup.exe. If you use the run command, include the full path to the setup.exe file to install Saveable Forms (B3 and B2).

5. Follow the on-screen instructions throughout the installation process.

Important: If you are re-installing or upgrading your current version, please select "Yes" during installation to keep existing files. This will ensure that your current data is not over written.
