The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) would like to inform you of the following changes to the 2006 Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff, as contained in the T2006-1 Amendment Package.

• Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 82 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2005-4. (Effective on November 22, 2005).

A summary describing the status of each change is also included for your reference.

Note:

These changes will be reflected in the Customs Commercial System (CCS) and on the CBSA website the week of January 30, 2006.

The downloadable Microsoft Access version will be available on the CBSA website the week of January 30, 2006.
