The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) would like to inform you of the following changes to the 2007 Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff.

• Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 14 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff (Harmonized System Conversion, 2007), No. 1, P.C. 2006-607, SOR/2006-167. In the interim, for more details, please visit the Canada Gazette Web site.

NOTE:

• The Concordance Table is now available on the CBSA website
  
  
• The downloadable Microsoft Access version will be available on the CBSA website on October 3, 2006.
  
  
• The 2007 Customs Tariff Consolidation PDF version will be available on the CBSA website by the week of October 13, 2006
  
  
• These changes will be reflected in the Customs Commercial System (CCS) by January 1, 2007.
  
  
• A summary describing the status of each change is also included for your reference.
