Liquor ID Card

Any person of the age of nineteen years or over may voluntarily apply for and obtain an identification card for the purpose of establishing proof of his age.

An application shall be made on the prescribed form and be accompanied by a fee of $5.00 (five dollars). For the purpose of verifying his age and identity, an applicant shall submit together with the application: birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport;
together with: driver's licence, health care insurance card, social insurance card or
a visa issued to him by a foreign government.

The Liquor ID cards are issued at a Liquor Store during normal working hours.
