We provide executive management leadership, strategic planning,
direction, control and co-ordination in support of policies and
practices, programs and services provided by the Civil Service Commission.
We provide advice to government on Corporate Human Resource Management
Policy and issues.
Our objectives are …
- To provide advice and consultation to central government on
emerging Corporate Human Resource Management issues and problems.
- To ensure corporate human resource policy, practices and standards
are clearly documented, communicated and maintained.
- To contribute to the broad corporate objectives of government
through participation in a variety of government-wide corporate
management initiatives.
