Lighthouses

The Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods Act
Manitoba has a new law to make communities and neighbourhoods safer.  The Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods Act is the first of its kind in Canada.  It works by holding property owners accountable for threatening or disturbing activities that regularly take place on their property.
