The Building Independence Resource Directory (BIRD) provides a listing of all programming that may be available for participants who are in receipt of Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) Benefits. Program descriptions are sorted according to the type of intervention. EIA participants must receive approval from their Case Coordinator before entering programming.
