The NWT Mental Disorder Review Board reviews dispositions concerning any accused person for whom a verdict of "not criminally responsible because of a mental disorder" or "unfit to stand trial" is rendered according to provisions of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, s672.38(1).
