This document outlines how the NWT Health and Social Services system meets its reporting obligations to the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories, so that the Assembly can meet its commitment to public accountability. It also outlines how the system reports to the public, and how the partners within the system report to each other. The Framework also clarifies the authorities, roles and responsibilities, and obligations of the partners within the Health and Social Services system.
