Early Childhood Development Framework
for Action
The Early Childhood Development Framework for Action provides
direction for a holistic approach to programs, services and
initiatives covering the prenatal period, birth, infancy and early
childhood. The Framework identifies the GNWT’s strategic direction and commitment to
investing in early childhood development. The Departments of
Education, Culture & Employment and Health & Social Services lead
the work on this initiative.
