Court of Queen's Bench

This site contains general information as well as information about civil and criminal law, family law, bankruptcy, enforcement of orders, wills and estates, rules and practice directives, jury information and court locations and sittings across the province


Provincial Court

This site contains general information about this court as well as information about Adult Criminal Court, Youth Justice Court, Small Claims Court, Family Services Court, Traffic Court, Bylaw Court and Justices of the Peace. The Court Locations and Sittings feature the locations of all of the court's sitting points.
