The Health Services Report was designed as a companion document to the Health Status Report of 1999. This document focuses on the utilization of the four most used services provided by the department. These four areas, hospitals, health centres and public health units, physician services, and medical travel are available to all residents of the NWT.
This document provides a comparison of health service utilization and the costs associated with them. The figures reported cover the period of 1994/95 to 1998/99
