 Sealed proposals marked “Northwest Territories Power Corporation RFP 20618” will be received at the offices of the Northwest Territories Power Corporation, 8 Aspen Road, Hay River, NT X0E 0R6 until 4:00 p.m. local time on Monday December 4, 2006.

The proposal consists of the development and assistance in the implementation of the Marketing and Communications Corporate Services Plan for NWT Power Corporation, as specified in the Proposal Documents.
