1999-2002 Strategic Plan

For the second time since 1994, Elections Canada has released a strategic plan. Designed to serve as the organization's guidepost for the next four years, the strategic plan sets out Elections Canada's mission, mandate and values.

This second strategic plan outlines several of our key accomplishments since the last plan and highlights the areas on which we will focus particular attention over the coming years.
