Communications Planning
Communications planning includes the communications support team, editorial services, and all communications directors, advisors and officers in provincial departments. Three managing directors work with all CNS staff and the Premier's Office to co-ordinate government communications so that Nova Scotians understand what their government is doing and why.

Communication services includes all areas of creative and production. Run an ad, create a brochure, produce a video, or build a website—we do all of these things and more to help government departments and agencies communicate with Nova Scotians.

Business Planning and Technical Support
The business planning and technical support team leads the agency's budget management, business planning and accountability reports requirements. We also assist in the development and tracking of CNS's operating budget.
We are responsible for developing and managing government's central programs for:

- Visual Identity (PDF)
- Internet and Electronic Publishing
- New/Multimedia
Administration and Financial Recoveries
The administration and financial recoveries team co-ordinates, manages and assigns administrative and financial recovery resources throughout the agency. We manage CNS's operational and business requirements and work with the business planning and technical support team in the areas of budget management and business planning.
