Daily - subscription (no fee) service of about 18 issues per month via e-mail. Also available on-line.
Primarily an executive summary of the Statistics Canada Daily. Its objective is to notify subscribers about the release of data, and to provide users with quick, precise statistics. The Department also uses the mailout to notify the community about the release of other Department of Finance publications.

Some of the issues are supplemented with summaries of data from other sources or augmented with data not reported in the Daily. (Short Term Expectations, CPI, Labour Force, etc.)

The emphasis is on Canada and Nova Scotia.
