Notice to the Petroleum Industry

Fuel Agents (wholesalers) are no longer required to have bulk storage facilities within Nova Scotia. The security requirements (e.g. bonds) provided in the Revenue Act to address risks will continue as requirements for all fuel agents (wholesalers) and will be determined on a case by case basis.
