Robert Cary's Discussion Documents
The Nova Scotia Department of Energy is preparing to convene a one-day Stakeholder Forum to engage stakeholders in an open dialogue on the many issues raised in two discussion documents prepared by Robert Cary -- "Frameworks - Renewable Energy & Cogeneration Contracting" and "Green Attributes Administration".
