Premier Rodney MacDonald announces the Province has reached an Offshore Strategic Energy Agreement (OSEA) with Encana on June 30, 2006. The OSEA is a framework for development of the Deep Panuke natural gas field offshore Nova Scotia. (Communications Nova Scotia)
