outlines the results of a study aimed at locating areas of recent,
concentrated, un-serviced development in Nova Scotia. The information
used to narrow down areas for a closer look was the Canada Census
dwelling counts for 1991 and 1996.

- UDIRA
Animations and Reports - The UDIRA animations for each area are a time
series depiction of the creation of lots decade by decade, plus a settlement
pattern animation which shows each of these three components of settlement
(hamlet, strip and subdivision) in a sequence. Also included are a number of
reports on population, dwellings and development.
