This website is administered by the Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations Geomatics Centre in Amherst, Nova Scotia.

HOW TO USE THE SHOPPING BASKET
Navigate to the products using the links in the left hand menu, then click on the product you're interested in. Click on the Add button next to the item you want. You can carry on shopping by selecting another item or another Product Category from the left hand menu. You can see a list of items in your shopping basket at the right. You can view the detailed contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the View Basket link on the right. You can also save your basket by clicking on the Save Basket link at the right.

When you have selected all the items that you wish to purchase, click the Checkout link. Please enter an email address so that we can send you your order details.

OTHER PRODUCTS AVAILABLE THROUGH LAND INFORMATION CENTRES OR BY PHONE
Other products such as aerial photographs, digital data, coordinate referencing information and property information are not available through this online store. Please see the Geographic Information website for further information on these products.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
You can purchase maps, atlases, charts and other materials online, by phone or fax, using your MasterCard, VISA or American Express credit card. You can also purchase products at any Land Information Centre in Nova Scotia (please see How to Contact Us above). Payment must be received in advance in Canadian Funds only. Prices are subject to change according to the cost of publishing.

RETURNING CUSTOMERS
If you have previously made an order or have an online customer account, you may login by clicking on My Account. Please type the email address you used to place the order and the Customer Code that was emailed to you with your order details. This will allow you to see the status of orders you have made and any saved shopping baskets. Once you have logged in, you can then change your Customer Code.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipping charges quoted are for regular postal or equivalent ground shipment. Other shipping arrangements can be requested by contacting the Geomatics Centre. Retail fees do not include charges for shipping and handling. The actual costs of shipping and handling will be paid by the client. A minimum fee of $7.00 per order will apply to all orders shipped directly to clients.

DISCOUNTS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES
Retail fees for products will be discounted by 35% where products are being purchased for educational purposes. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Please contact us for further information.

REFUND POLICY
Once the order is processed and shipped, items are non-returnable. In special cases, maps and books may be exchanged, please contact the Geomatics Centre within 30 days.

Claims for lost shipments must be submitted to the Geomatics Centre within 60 days (in North America) and 90 days (outside North America). Incorrect or damaged shipments must be reported and returned to the Geomatics Centre within 7 days.
