Routine Access Policy
 

The Routine Access Policy for the Department of Agriculture and Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture, and those agencies, boards and commissions reporting to the Department, is designed to provide persons with an opportunity to obtain certain categories of records. Those records which are eligible are described in Schedule B of the policy. The policy reflects the spirit of openness and accountability of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
