Public Consultation : Liquor Licensing Regulations

Nova Scotia Environment and Labour is inviting public comment on proposed changes to the Liquor Licensing Regulations.

Nova Scotia’s Liquor Licensing Regulations are made under the Liquor Control Act. The Regulations set out the requirements and standards for licensed premises.

The current Regulations were written in 1983, and amended in 2004. The proposed regulatory amendments will implement a number of recommended revisions and NS Environment and Labour invites your comments on these proposed changes.

Consultation period is from October 31, 2006 to December 1, 2006.
