Public Consultation : Crane Operators Regulations and Power Engineers Regulations
The Public Safety Division has met regularly with stakeholders in industry over the past several years concerning the legislation and regulations it administers. The stakeholders have identified some impediments to the effective and efficient operation of their businesses as a result of the current regulations under the Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act.
The consultation period has been extended to November 10, 2006
Environment and Labour has proposed amendments to these regulations that may be implemented to address immediate concerns.
Environment and Labour invites your comments on these proposed changes.
Consultation period is from September 19, 2006 to November 10, 2006.
